In Module II, Anfrinit guides you to focus on opening and activating the three main portals within your system, facilitating profound ascension and connection to higher frequencies. These portals are located strategically:
- The first portal resides above the head area, serving as a gateway to Source energy and higher guidance.
- The second portal lies within the chest area, activating your spiritual heart and fostering a direct connection to Oneness beyond all existences.
- The third portal is positioned below the navel, where the convergence of Earth and Heaven energies occurs. This portal serves as a conduit for manifesting experiences on the earthly plane and requires a rewriting of stored information to access higher frequencies.
During the Module II retreat, we address the potential blockages or closures of these portals, recognizing that some may be partially open while others remain inaccessible. Through alignment and inner work, we endeavor to activate and open these portals, enabling access to multidimensional states and different frequential fields.

All three spread throughout the whole body. The relationship between them can be compared to a candle. Jing is the candlestick, Qi is the flame, and Shen is the light that emanates from the flame. The flame becomes greater when the candlestick is bigger. The light is brighter when the flame is greater.
These centers supply and develop Qi energy for our entire energetic system, and physical body. Also, the place where mainly gain a transformation of the Frequency of our Energy.
This Energetic Cavity or Center is the Source from which all Inner Energy is developed, stimulated, accumulated and transformed.
