The Module 1 online experience - provides the option to initiate into the work at a gradual pace, over a 6 month period. Equally transformational and no less powerful, it provides the ability to enter with ease, while in your own environment.

You’ll be invited to online monthly gatherings with Adrienn, where you will receive channelled guidance from Anfrinit, and live meditations/sharing with the group. You will also receive video content on each month's topic, for you to access individually and work through, during the month at your own pace.

Over the course of the 6 months, you will have developed a stronger practice connecting with your higher essence which will enable a deeper understanding and empowerment of your true self.

Can anyone join the Anfrinit modules?

We welcome all, however these modules are created for those already on their path to their inner exploration and self discovery. This work requires you to be disciplined and comfortable to go within which can be difficult for some. You will also occasionally meditate for extended periods of time. Ideally, you will have a strong regular meditation practice. If you’re unsure whether this is right for you, please know, we are open to help you decide. Why this Module 1 so crucial?

Your current state is SO important to recognize. It’s what gives us the understanding and measurement of where we are. We cannot jump to a higher state if we don’t know our current state and bring it into coherence. When we have a strong structure we can build upon it powerfully and stand the tests of time. Restructuring at the root releases old patterns and beliefs, to enable new possibilities, reclaiming your power over emotions, projections and expectations. This is deep work, and table stakes for the Anfrinit work. It is this which enables new channels to arise, uplifting and enhancing our energy fields to bond with our Source connection.


How long I can have access to the content?

Access to the program content is granted for a lifetime upon purchasing the program in its entirety. Even after the program concludes, participants retain access to the videos, exercises, and materials, allowing them to revisit and review the content at their convenience.


Can I do my normal life while I am doing the program?

The online program is designed to accommodate participants' normal lives, allowing them to continue their daily routines while engaging in the inner work provided by the program. Dedicated time for the program is allocated, but participants are not required to disrupt their daily rhythms.


Can I do my own rhythm?

Participants have the flexibility to proceed through the program at their own pace. New content becomes available at the beginning of each month, and participants can engage with the videos and exercises according to their individual schedules. Additionally, scheduled group live sessions occur monthly, offering opportunities for interaction and support from Anfrinit's team. If participants are unable to attend these sessions, recordings are provided for later viewing, ensuring that all participants can engage with the material at their convenience.
